The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of the villa. Access is not handicapped accessible.

If desired, a simple guest room with a single bed and, if necessary, another extra bed is available on the first floor. The booking is only made in connection with the apartment. All guests then share the bathroom and toilet of the apartment.

With the exception of the host (only Monday to Friday during the day), there are no other people in the building.

Bicycles can be rented.
